Position Overview:

As we build our IT recruitment business unit, we're seeking an experienced 360 IT Recruiter to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while continuing to nurture your growing expertise in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities to position Net Talent’s portfolio of services, developing and executing business development strategies to provide tailored recruitment solutions while contributing to building the company brand.
  • Build new and maintain existing ongoing relationships with clients via phone, email, and web in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Share blogs, newsletters and updates with prospective customers to raise awareness, working with the team and sharing on your LinkedIn profile.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
  • Utilise our database effectively to track candidate and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within IT recruitment.
  • Strong sales and networking abilities, with a track record of developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
