The Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Manager will lead and deliver innovative internal communication and engagement strategies that inspire, connect, and align employees across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' global operations.

This position will be based in our Support Office located in Wandsworth Road (SW London) with regular travel to Central London restaurants.

In this role, the Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Manager will:

  • Develop and execute communication strategy alongside Head of People
  • Create and implement innovative internal communication plans that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants & Gordon Ramsay North America
  • Leverage digital tools via Gordon Ramsay HOME platform (Workvivo), to improve internal communication and drive connectivity across teams globally
  • Plan and execute initiatives that foster a positive employee experience, build a strong company culture, and celebrate achievements across the business
  • Lead and deliver projects, internal campaigns, events, and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, gathering feedback, reporting and analytics to continually refine and improve approach
  • Take full ownership of operational and administrative aspects of the role, ensuring smooth delivery of all communication activities aligned with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants brand standards.

The ideal Senior Communications & Engagement Manager will:

  • Have previous experience in an internal comms role
  • Be proactive and resourceful, able to identify and act on opportunities without prompting
  • Think outside the box to develop fresh, engaging, and innovative communication strategies
  • Be results-driven and capable of taking ideas from concept to execution independently
  • Have experience of designing high quality content including video
  • Thrive in a solo role with the ability to self-manage and handle diverse responsibilities
  • Build trust and credibility with senior leaders, confidently managing expectations
  • Be adaptable and experienced in managing communications across global teams
  • Have strong project management experience
