**We're looking for an experienced communications professional with a passion for creating engaging, impactful content and campaigns that inspire and motivate our colleagues to join our internal communications team.**

**About the team**

The Internal Communications team is responsible for creating informative and inspiring colleague communication across a range of written and digital channels.

As part of the wider Communications team (covering Press, Corporate Comms, Social and Events), we work closely with internal departments, including the Leadership team and CEO to make sure colleagues are aware of what is happening at Which? and understand our role in making life simpler, fairer and safer for all UK consumers.

**About the role**

Working within a close-knit Internal Communications team, you'll play an integral role in shaping how we communicate with our colleagues connecting them to our purpose, mission and values.

As the Senior Internal Communications Officer, you will lead the delivery of our internal communications strategy, working closely with departments to translate their priorities into engaging content and campaigns that inspire and motivate our colleagues.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Acting as a senior member of the Internal Communications team, deputising for the Senior Internal Communications Manager where required and working directly with the Leadership team and CEO.
- Developing and implementing internal communications plans with robust metrics to measure success, ensuring you take a data driven approach to Internal Comms.
- Lead on priority projects and campaigns, providing expertise to shape and execute appropriate colleague communications
- Work closely with the Events team to deliver engaging internal events that deliver against set objectives, feeding into how this programme can be continually improved.

**Support other team members where required, providing a strategic and creative viewpoint that draws on IC best practice**

- Confident building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including having successfully business partnered with Leadership teams and CEOs
- Able to switch knowledgeably between priorities, creating high-quality content with robust measures of success.
- Able to translate complex commercial, business and wider economic context into easily understandable information for colleagues.
- Confident with basic image and video editing
- Delivery focused with excellent planning and organisational skills to work at pace.

Our interview process usually involves 2 stages:

- Sometimes a chat with a recruiter by phone (typically 30 minutes), followed by
- An interview on Google Meet (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions and a role related task on a laptop
