Join a Leading Property Consultancy in an Exciting Lease Advisory Role

Beach Baker is proud to partner with a prestigious commercial property consultancy to recruit a talented Lease Consultancy Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career alongside industry experts in a dynamic, high-performing team.

As a key member of the Bristol office, you will provide expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease advisory matters across the West Country and South Wales, with opportunities to work on national projects. The role also involves strategic consultancy on break clauses, lease restructuring, and dilapidations.

With a growing workload, we are looking for a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate who can bring fresh ideas and contribute to the team's ongoing success. If you are passionate about property, lease consultancy, and delivering exceptional client service, this role offers the perfect platform for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations, demonstrating expertise in lease provisions and market trends.
✔ Provide expert advice on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, third-party procedures, and drafting approval reports.
✔ Deliver strategic consultancy on leasehold matters, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing service delivery and fee revenue.

What We're Looking For:

RICS-qualified Surveyor with experience in lease advisory.
A motivated and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
