This modern, forward-thinking firm is seeking a Senior UK Immigration Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this position, you will handle complex immigration matters, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations. If you have strong corporate immigration experience and either hold OISC Level 1 certification or are willing to obtain it, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of UK corporate immigration matters.
  • Provide strategic immigration advice to clients, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.
  • Work closely with businesses, HR teams, and foreign nationals to facilitate seamless immigration processes.
  • Utilise web-based immigration case management systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct in-depth immigration research and provide updates on policy changes.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and subordinates to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Assist with internal compliance reviews and audits to mitigate immigration risks.
  • Participate in projects outside the immediate scope of casework, contributing to process improvements.
  • Support junior team members and share best practices within the team.
  • Ensure all work aligns with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

What We Expect From You:

  • 3-8 years of UK corporate immigration experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • OISC Level 1 qualification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Experience using immigration case management systems.
  • Highly proficient with technology and passionate about tech, automation and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UK corporate immigration law and international compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs
