Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the residents' holistic needs—physical, psychological, and social—are met. You will create a supportive, safe environment and use your professional judgment to make critical decisions regarding care plans. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of personalised care. This position offers a fantastic range of responsibilities, including administering medications safely and developing bespoke care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess, plan, and implement tailored care plans for residents.

* Ensure safe administration of medication and accurate record-keeping.

* Provide compassionate and responsive care to residents with various physical and mental health needs.

* Lead and support care staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and care standards.

* Maintain all residents' dignity, rights, and well-being at all times.

Requirements:

* Valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified).

* Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care.

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

* Prior experience in elderly care, dementia, or learning disabilities is advantageous but not essential.
