Location - Rainham, Essex
Salary - £25,000 - £35,00 + Bonuses & Commissions
About the Role:
We are on the hunt for an energetic and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for business development and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. If you have experience in sales within the pharmaceutical sector and enjoy working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment, this opportunity could be ideal for you.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base across the UK. Your focus will be on understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging directly with pharmacies and other businesses to introduce and promote our product range, securing new clients in the process.
* Actively seeking out new leads and opportunities through outreach and on-site visits.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and mastering product knowledge to provide accurate and insightful recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong track record in B2B sales and securing new business opportunities.
* Pharmaceutical sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
* A self-starter who thrives on achieving targets and surpassing expectations.
* Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling challenges with a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
