Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of Fleet Quality? At Dawsongroup truck and trailer, we’re the trusted partner to businesses across the UK, providing high-quality HGV asset solutions that keep the supply chain moving. This role is all about keeping things organised and running like clockwork, ensuring that repair invoices are accurate and customer-ready.
- Review and process repair invoices to make sure they’re accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with our 24-branch network, responding to inquiries and providing top-notch support.
- Organise, analyse, and act on check-in and check-out sheets to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle general administrative duties and keep our Fleet Quality department running efficiently.
- Support customers and colleagues with repair history and recharge queries.
About You
You’re a stickler for detail and love getting things right the first time. Your communication skills are as sharp as your organisation skills, and you’re a whizz with a keyboard. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring their enthusiasm and make a difference.
- Organised and reliable with a knack for prioritising tasks.
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
- A great communicator, whether on the phone or over email.
