Job Description

  1. Manage and maintain the HiBob HRIS system
  2. Facilitate data integrity checks and audits
  3. Develop and deliver HiBob training to HR team and wider organisation
  4. Generate HR reports and analytics
  5. Support HR and payroll processes
  6. Contribute to HRIS-related projects
  7. Provide excellent user support to HR and the wider organisation
  8. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to HR strategy

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRIS Specialist should have:

  1. A degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
  2. Proficiency in HiBob HRIS system
  3. Solid knowledge of HR processes and terminologies
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Excellent training and communication skills
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
