With a convenient office location just a 3-minute stroll from Bank train station, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss that includes international travel to Paris

🚀 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank HolidaysHere are some key responsibilities:
Provide PA and Administrative support to the CEO and wider teams
Diary and calendar management, inbox management, organising and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
Taking minutes in meetings and action where necessary
Make sure all meetings are set up with the correct equipment and documents
Assist with events
Deal with incoming client calls and queries, supporting the client services team
Document management, assisting with confidential documentation, files and presentations
Oversee general office support, and office managementThe ideal candidate will need to possess the following qualities and skills:
Fluent in French and English Language
Ideally some office based, supporting experience
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanour for engaging with various stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
