The Senior Sales Analyst and Operations Lead for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible managing the business analytical infrastructure behind SFDC, Power BI Data Sets and Data Flows to provide stable data bases on which creating automatized data insights for Global Account Management. Also- to manage tender processes, proposals and offer insights.

This position is part of the Global Accounts Organisation and will be remote within Europe. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Global Accounts Team and report to the VP of Performance Partnerships & Global Accounts which has the responsibility for selling and servicing some of the world’s largest diagnostic laboratory organisations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain a solid data infrastructure in support of any development of Power BI Dashboards and/or Salesforce.com Reports/Dashboards linked to Performance Partnership and or Global Key Account Management initiatives.

  • Create Scripts and perform UAT and Validations for Power BI Data Flows, Data Sets, Reports and new implementations/updates in Salesforce.com

  • Creation of Reports in Power BI with meaningful business insights to be used by Global Key Account Management Team

  • Creation and maintenance of Data Queries in line with the final Business Reporting Objectives integrating a large variety of data sources: OBIEE, Salesforce.com, Excel/CSV, SharePoint Lists and Folders, SAP EPM and/or any other relevant for business purposes.

  • Document all data interactions of all Reporting Solutions leveraged by Global Key Account Management Team

  • Manage tender analytics including consolidating quotes from regions, profitability, and other essential data.

  • For submission- coordinate forecast data elements including all leading and lagging indicators

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or IT related fields

  • A proven background in business/IT analysis - Specialising in revenue and profitability analysis. Proven experience acting as a Business Partner/Business Analyst of a Sales Organization with experience in Salesforce.com.

  • Proficient in data modeling in Excel (including VBA), Power BI, Salesforce.com and/or other BI tools.

  • Ability to work cross functionally across the matrix to drive teams to success; lead without reporting authority.

  • Comfortable in presenting data insights and technicalities to the Senior Business Management.

  • Some international/domestic travel flexibility required (5-10%)

  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or IT related fields

  • Previous data analytical experience within a sales organisation

  • Multiple European languages spoken

  • Previous Experience in the Diagnostics Industry
