OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Consulting Director with expertise in the UK Group Risk, Healthcare, Flexible Benefits, and/or DC Pensions markets, to coordinate a portfolio of large corporate clients. The primary focus of this role is to offer strategic leadership and growing guidance for clients' benefits programs. Emphasis is on rapidly growing Gallagher's influence and integrating our propositions into their offerings.

How you'll make an impactJoin our complementary team at Gallagher and take on a pivotal role in delivering our Large Cap Corporate Consulting proposition to both existing clients and new prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to:
- Drive innovation by identifying and crafting cross-selling opportunities that improve our service offerings.
- Build, maintain, and improve client relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of client service that sets us apart in the industry.
- Develop and lead strategic account and action plans to improve opportunities for our portfolio clients, chipping in to their success and ours.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and engagement, playing a key role in our business development efforts.
- Work alongside the Practice Leader to coordinate and deliver engaging client forums, webinars, presentations, and other events that showcase our expertise and value.
- Empower and own your portfolio account management team, encouraging a culture of effective communication and supporting cross-sales and new business development.

- A strong solid understanding of Corporate Consulting business propositions, with the opportunity to apply your specific technical expertise in one or more areas.
- Demonstrable experience in Financial Services, where you have a proven track record of delivering successful client outcomes and making a real difference.
- Confirmed experience in leading a benefits consultancy team, driving them to achieve revenue targets in an Employee Benefits Consultancy (EBC) environment.
- An inspiring leader with vision and a comprehensive understanding of the Employee Benefits marketplace and industry knowledge.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and team leadership skills that will allow you to build strong relationships and lead effectively.
- A consistent track record to lead, coach, and develop team members, helping them to consistently meet high standards and achieve their potential.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills that drive success.
