  • We’re a fast-growth media buying agency, having doubled in size for the past two years.

  • We’re currently hiring the fourth cohort of salespeople to join our team.

  • Some aspects of our team are very conventional: we do most of our selling on the phone, backed up by emails and LinkedIn outreach.

  • What makes us different is our approach and character. Externally, we never 'hard sell’ and we have a fantastic service.

  • Internally, we’re all about committing to shared values and world-class basics. 'Hard work pays off’ and 'trust the process’ are the sorts of things that we frequently quote.

  • We’ve got exciting and achievable revenue targets, which means this is a genuine opportunity for high performers to earn great money and progress quickly.

  • Our retention rate is about 60%. So, in the last 2 years, we’ve had about 20 salespeople work at Talent Nexus, and 12 of them are still here.

  • Everyone at Talent Nexus has quarterly reviews which are an opportunity to get support, discuss your progression, and further your development.

  • Anyone who consistently hits their growth target is guaranteed a promotion (salary and title) by the end of their first year with us. We have two senior sales executives in the team currently who have followed that path in the last 18 months. We’re on track for two others to make that step soon.

A bit about culture and expectations…

  • We’re office based. We see that as a huge benefit for people who want the buzz of a sales office and the rapid growth that comes with sitting in the same room as people with 10+ years’ experience.

  • If working from home is the goal, we’re not right for you - sorry not sorry

  • You’ll work in Surbiton - a leafy, pub-filled "village" in South London, 10-minutes by train from Clapham Junction.

  • With that said, we are flexible, and understanding, and kind.

  • The company is owned and run by people who genuinely care about the welfare of their team. We pay people properly, fund extra training where it’s required, and prioritise work-life-balance.
