Newton, United Kingdom ARM Full time

Job Overview

Ecosystem Programs connect diverse teams across Arm to align engineering enablement, outbound activities, and external engagement to ensure developers have the tools, technology and guidance to easily exploit the advantage of key new technology features and capabilities from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities

Turning strategy into delivery. Working extensively across boundaries to disambiguate challenges, enable prioritization and trade-off decisions. You’ll collaborate to define clear objectives and key results, plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners. Aggregating long-term views of delivery, with the expectation to iterate and adapt as market changes and ecosystem opportunities evolve.
The Team

A small but mighty team of enthusiastic and curious Program Managers who thrive on leading through ambiguity and collaborating with people to connect the dots and find a way. No program is the same, and we support each other to succeed as we build and deliver, continuously challenging ourselves to improve. We embody a 'no surprise' approach, working with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive progress, resolve challenges and mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in delivering complex engineering programs, drawing on this experience to adapt to meet unique needs.
SW engineering, or equivalent technical/industry experience that can be applied to work effectively with Engineering teams.
Experience in program or project management, leading multi-year developments. Proven ability to deliver across boundaries via matrix leadership.
Highly organized. Comfortable in proactively tackling ambiguity and presenting a path through a changing landscape with shifting priorities.
Outstanding communications skills, and ability to communicate with audiences at all levels of the organization, equally comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers as engaging with executives on the bigger picture.
Highly collaborative, inspires and motivates individuals in disparate groups to deliver shared goals and priorities.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

Program Management certification (e.g. MSP) and agile methodology expertise
Knowledge and expertise in development of enabling software, and appreciation of developer needs
Experience of hardware/software development flows, processes and practices
In Return you can expect:

To be well supported to grow your knowledge and capabilities, and be recognised for making a major contribution to the success of our most exciting technologies. You'll get the chance to work at the forefront of industry trends, and see your efforts positively impacting the worlds most ubiquitous compute platform and enabling innovation throughout the industry. This will be a fast paced and engaging environment with opportunities to flex your strategic and innovative thinking muscles
