We have an opportunity for someone to join our Corporate Finance team as Corporate Finance Manager based in our Head Office in Glasgow City Centre . This newly created role will support with several high-profile projects as Klarent Hospitality continues to grow

The Role :

Reporting directly into the Head of Corporate Finance, the Corporate Finance Manager will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring the Klarent Capex Tracker is accurate and fully up-to-date.
  • Own the preparation of key supporting information for funding proposals, cash flow forecasts, monthly bank reporting and weekly project updates.
  • Take ownership of our Risk Register liaising with stakeholders if and when required.
  • Support with any corporate finance activity, liaising with third parties where required.
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Corporate Finance/Treasury, particularly in capital raising (equity or debt).
  • Highly proficient in Financial Modelling/Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting/Liquidity Management experience.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant ("CA") or Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA"), with minimum three years post-qualification experience.
  • Seeks new challenges and adopts a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and remains calm under pressure.
