We have an opportunity for someone to join our Corporate Finance team as Corporate Finance Manager based in our Head Office in Glasgow City Centre . This newly created role will support with several high-profile projects as Klarent Hospitality continues to grow
Reporting directly into the Head of Corporate Finance, the Corporate Finance Manager will:
Own the preparation of key supporting information for funding proposals, cash flow forecasts, monthly bank reporting and weekly project updates.
Take ownership of our Risk Register liaising with stakeholders if and when required.
Support with any corporate finance activity, liaising with third parties where required.
Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis when required.
Previous experience in Corporate Finance/Treasury, particularly in capital raising (equity or debt).
Highly proficient in Financial Modelling/Financial Planning & Analysis.
Qualified Chartered Accountant ("CA") or Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA"), with minimum three years post-qualification experience.
