We are currently seeking a Global Account Director to join our growing Sales team.
As a Global Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients on a global scale. This strategic role involves understanding clients' business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services, and driving revenue growth. The Global Account Director serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and key clients, aiming to foster long-term partnerships and maximize client satisfaction. Client Relationship Management:
Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry trends to align services and solutions accordingly
Strategic Account Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans outlining short and long-term objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, Operations and Finance) to ensure alignment with clients' needs and expectations
Revenue Growth and Sales:
Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic account management and upselling
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the client portfolio
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Risk Management:
Anticipate and address potential issues that may impact client satisfaction or project delivery
Proactively manage and mitigate risks, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Provide regular updates to clients on project status, key milestones, and relevant industry developments
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics
Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a unified approach to client satisfaction
Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and client communication

6+ years of Sales / Account Management experience with a track record of success selling to Enterprise clients
~ Experience developing proposals, business cases, and other content
~ Deep understanding of the way ecommerce businesses operates, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level in Enterprise Accounts
~ Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up sales environment with a consistent record of beating quota
~ Experience selling into Head of Ecommerce or Marketing Leaders at consumer product manufacturers is highly preferred
~ Ability to travel internationally as needed
