SENIOR MODEL VALIDATION MANAGER £80,000 WEST-MIDLANDS THE COMPANY This company is a unique Challenger Bank who are seeking a Senior Model Validation Manager to join their close-knit and supportive team. The team is well established and experienced, with this role offering an exciting opportunity to work in a varied position where you can gain exposure across the business whilst leading a small team. THE ROLE Leading the end-to-end validation, analysis and reviews od models across the bank Working with models including (but not limited to) IFRS9, IRB. Treasury, Pricing and more Driving the creation and review of validation reports, while collaborating closely with model developers and owners to ensure findings are clearly understood Managing a small team to drive the function to success and enhance performance of the business YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Essential to have developed OR validated IRB/IFRS9 models in the consumer lending space Prior line management experience is essential Coding experience in R/Python/SAS is essential Prior experience working with AI techniques is highly desirable Experience working with Model Risk Management is highly desirable SALARY AND BENEFITS Up to £80,000 base salary Company bonus scheme Pension contribution scheme Private medical care Wider benefits package HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Rosie Walsh through the 'Apply' link
