Senior Manager- Model Validation Hybrid (Birmingham) £65K-£80K Key Responsibilities: Leading and delivering high-quality analysis, independent reviews & challenge of the mathematical and theoretical soundness of models; model compliance with relevant regulation; data quality, model monitoring and performance; model documentation; model implementation; and model use Leading and developing the IMV Infrastructure and framework, and supporting the review, maintenance and management of all model governance policies and standards relating to IMV Engaging with model developers, owners and implementers on specific areas of model development, model changes, performance and implementation, Preparing clear, accurate and timely reports and communicating to and representation at appropriate internal governance bodies Support the development of team members to reach their full potential. Key Requirements: Highly numerate, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, Proven experience of applying statistical modelling and analytics across the account life cycle, Good knowledge of IRB, IFRS 9, Model Risk Management (MRM) regulation and AI techniques, Proven experience of coding (model development and implementation), Proven ability to work independently and support/manage the wider team, *No sponsorship available* Send your CV to
