An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Maintenance Electrician to work for this Nationwide provider of commercial facilities management and building services. We are recruiting for a progressive & dynamic building services company formed in 1990. The company are based in Shropshire with a large network of directly employed multi-skilled engineers located throughout the UK. This enables the business to offer their clients a fast and reliable service which is moulded to their individual requirements. The role covers multiple locations within a selected region in your base location, so you will be provided with a Company van and plant to carry out your day-to-day duties. There is also a door-to-door payment system along with an attractive overtime package and paid rest time following any night works. In this role, you will be required to carry out electrical works on a variety of commercial sites:

  • Competently assess and repair electrical faults
  • Planned/preventative maintenance
  • Minor installations
  • Periodic testing
This list is not exhaustive. You may be required to complete tasks not listed above in your day-to-day workload. Essential Criteria:
  • Full Valid Driving Licence
  • Fully qualified (C&G or equivalent)
  • C&G 2382 (18th edition)
  • Capable of using in-house systems on a tablet device to log works (training provided)
Desirable Criteria: * C&G 2391 * Commercial experience Additional details:
  • Company van provided with private use
  • Paid travel time (door to door)
  • Contract details - Full time, permanent position (40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available)
