A dynamic and fast-paced design studio is seeking a Technical Architect to join their team on an initial contract basis. This role involves managing UK-based data centre projects, focusing on technical delivery. You’ll work on large-scale, cutting-edge developments, ensuring the coordination of highly technical packages and overseeing on-site progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
  • Develop design delivery programmes and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, and developers to maintain project alignment.
  • On-site delivery, ensuring technical standards are upheld.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale commercial or data centre projects is preferred.
  • Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills, with experience in project coordination and site delivery.
  • ARB qualified or equivalent.
