Some more brief responsibilities of an Apprentice Procurement Administrator are:
Perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organising documents for accounts.
The apprenticeship (Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations) will be provided through an external provider and will include online workshops, on the job training and assessments.
The apprentice should ensure all course work is completed in a timely manner in order to attain a suitable qualification.
GCSE or equivalent – English, Maths and Science.
Able to work alone and as part of a team.
