Der Job

Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung des operativen Betriebes und für die laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer Services für ausgewählte Kunden durch aktives Beziehungsmanagement.

Als Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden und unsere interne Organisation (Anfragen, Problem-/Eskalations-Management, etc.) ist für Dich die 360°-Sicht der Serviceerbringung in der Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Partnern selbstverständlich. Dazu zählen:

  • Verantwortung für die proaktive Steuerung und Einhaltung der vereinbarten Servicequalität (SLA)
  • Verantwortung für die übergreifende Projektsteuerung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektportfoliomanagement und den Projektleitern

Die laufende Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsangebotes für Deine Kunden ist Dir wichtig. Hierzu gehören die Durchführung von Innovationsworkshops, die Identifikation neuer Projekte und Erstellung einer Kunden-Roadmap gemeinsam mit dem Kunden und den involvierten internen und externen Partnern.

Durch Dein übergreifendes Multi Service Management werden permanente Prozessoptimierungen unter Einbeziehung der Kunden und der internen Organisation gewährleistet:

  • Verantwortung für die Profitabilität des Kunden und der zugrundeliegenden Kundenverträge
  • Budgetierung mit dem Kunden für eine fortlaufende interne Planung

Die laufende Qualitätsmessung und Steuerung der erbrachten Leistungen und Kundenkennzahlen (Incidents, Problems, Security Attacken, User, Clients, Server, Lizenzmanagement, etc.) liegen Dir am Herzen.

Gemeinsam mit den Teamleitern und Projektleitern organisierst Du die übergreifende Personal- und Ressourcenplanung.

Du begleitest das IT-Risikomanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Partnern.

Deine Skills

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, Uni/FH)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management, idealerweise bringst Du ITIL-Kenntnisse mit.

In der Planung von Netzwerk-, Security- und IT-Cloud Services kennst Du Dich aus.

Deine Expertise umfasst die folgenden Bereiche: Secure Operations (SOC, SIEM, Logging & Auditing, Monitoring, Vulnerability-Management, Penetration-Testing, etc.)

ISMS, GDPR und Standardvertragsklauseln sind Dir vertraut.

Du konntest auch bereits Erfahrungen im IT-Risikomanagement (CRISAM, BIA) sammeln.

Dein hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie Deine Lösungskompetenz und Deine Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen Dich aus.

Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung sind von Vorteil.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung

Reisebereitschaft (Schwerpunkt OÖ) und Führerschein B erforderlich

Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet, darauf hinzuweisen, dass für diese Stelle auf Basis einer Vollzeitanstellung ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.032,00 brutto pro Monat gilt, weisen jedoch ausdrücklich auf unsere Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung hin.
