Trade Marketing Manager
£45-50k plus benefits
We're working with most of the most high profile and loved childrens brands in the world. We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with a customer mindset to implement the UK trade marketing strategy. You will need to think strategically, demonstrate great marketing understanding and attention to detail. You'll also need to be an excellent communicator and project manager.
You will help design, build and execute their trade marketing strategy to grow the brand in the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the Trade Marketing strategy for UKI
- Creation and execution of best in class POS for retail
- Assisting in the development, optimisation & analysis of promotions across retail
- Agency management and development in relation to business needs
- Coordinating the retailer portal and managing the content for retailers
- Management of merchandiser strategy
- Management of Trade Shows from initial conception to logistics & execution
- Providing Trade Marketing support for international expansion, including trade shows, POS & new product launches.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in marketing with a particular focus in trade marketing. Passionate about developing challenger brands, and brave enough to experiment in order to gain standout. Ability to translate customer insights into tangible marketing plans and excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
