We specialise in a niche market, designing and constructing complex Research and Development laboratories, Pharmaceutical facilities, and other manufacturing environments.

What are we looking for?

The Austin Company offers a stepping stone into the world of Design, Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Management within the design and construction industry.

We are looking for 2 to 3 graduates to join our team, working closely with our company directors and senior management receiving hands-on mentorship to launch your career.

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore a dynamic industry and gain valuable experience. We are seeking candidates with a positive, proactive approach and a can-do attitude. While a degree in science, engineering, chemical engineering, architecture, or construction management is beneficial, the right attitude and willingness to learn is what matters the most.
