Identify and deliver opportunities to improve digital journeys for a wide range of our customers.
Develop and implement an end-to-end digital customer journey across.Identify digital improvement activity and work with colleagues to design and implement uplifted experiences and processes.
Subject Matter Expert for optimising Digital experience and support the wider business in uplifting their understanding of Digital technology across the Principality group.
Collaborate with the Digital team to create frictionless digital journeys for customers researching savings and mortgages products, driving better engagement and conversion across our website, apps and microsites.
Work closely with our UX and analytics teams, to fully understand the customer goals and use data and analytics to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
