We are looking for a Head of Aftermarket to drive the growth of our parts and service business.

Sales-focused, you will spearhead the strategy and lead the parts and service teams to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and manufacturing partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives, leveraging existing channels and customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the parts and service teams to maximise their potential and exceed targets.
  • Manage the service team to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand our reach and market share.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key suppliers and customers to drive long-term business partnerships.
  • Set pricing to achieve profit targets.
  • Accurate purchasing to achieve company stock targets.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and optimise business performance.
  • Implement, monitor and evaluate performance metrics, KPIs, and financial targets, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.

Professional Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role(s).
  • Degree qualified with ideally 5-10 years’ management experience in supply chain or logistics (preferably dealing with spare parts and service).
  • Engineering knowledge - preferable.
  • Experience with or an in-depth understanding of forecasting and trend software (Llamasoft Optimiza / B2Wise software would be preferred).

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit production facilities.
