Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a freelance basis to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement village project in Chester. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in residential construction, with a proven ability to manage site activities efficiently and ensure that the project meets quality, safety, and timeline objectives.
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
