As we aim to expand our presence, we are excited to introduce a new role for a Country Manager in the United Kingdom, based in our London office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the business strategies to ensure the establishment and growth of Hipicon in the UK.
  • Manage all aspects of the company’s operations in the UK, ensuring they align with the headquarter’s vision and compliance standards.
  • Drive business development activities, including partnerships, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and meet market demands.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain competitive advantage and responsiveness to market needs.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners in the UK market.
  • Prepare and manage the fiscal budget of the UK operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial health.
  • Report on business progress with detailed metrics and insights to the global management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or director role, ideally within a startup or business expansion context.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market, business practices, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and network effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenue through new and innovative strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
