As we aim to expand our presence, we are excited to introduce a new role for a Country Manager in the United Kingdom, based in our London office.


Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the business strategies to ensure the establishment and growth of Hipicon in the UK.

Manage all aspects of the company's operations in the UK, ensuring they align with the headquarter's vision and compliance standards.

Drive business development activities, including partnerships, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
Build and manage a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and meet market demands.
Analyze market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain competitive advantage and responsiveness to market needs.
Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners in the UK market.
Prepare and manage the fiscal budget of the UK operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial health.
Report on business progress with detailed metrics and insights to the global management team

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial or director role, ideally within a startup or business expansion context.
Strong understanding of the UK market, business practices, and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and network effectively.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenue through new and innovative strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
