Finance Administrator – Pet Healthcare Plan

Temporary Contract (6 months)

We're currently seeking a Pet Healthcare Plan administrator to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract.

Role overview

The Healthcare Plan is a key part of our service. It provides an effective way for our customers to budget for veterinary treatment through a monthly subscription.

The Finance Administrator will ensure that new Healthcare Plan subscriptions and cancellations are accurately processed across our systems on a timely basis.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Processing new Healthcare Plan policies onto our Practice Management system.
  • Processing new cancellations and failed direct debits onto both our Practice Management and subscription systems.
  • Clear the current backlog of cancellations / failed direct debits requiring processing.
  • Assist in the automation of the Healthcare Plan process into our new Client App.
  • Responding to Healthcare Plan subscription related queries.
  • Provide support to the broader business/finance team as needed.

  • Experience in accurately processing substantial data volumes across multiple systems.
  • Strong self-management skills and comfortable meeting processing targets.
  • Willingness to liaise with our surgery teams to resolve subscription and cancellation issues.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our team and adapting to new challenges.
