If you are looking to start your career journey, or explore a change of career, this is for you We are seeking a Fundraising & Events Apprentice; it’s a new role, in a developing team, and the post-holder will have a chance to shape it according to their skills and interests. No experience in fundraising is required, or if you do have some experience in fundraising, this needs to be minimal to be eligible for the apprenticeship; although ideally you would have some sales or retail experience and be willing and able to complete the learning element of the apprenticeship, as well as the practical work.

The role incorporates a Level 3 Fundraiser Apprenticeship which will be undertaken with our Learning Partner, Apprentify/Juice Academy ; and includes remote classroom learning, and off-job training, with assignments to complete as well as an End-Point Assessment.

You will be joining our small, fundraising team who keeps the organisation surviving and thriving by helping to bring in funding from individual donors, corporate partners, major donors or the general public organising events on our behalf or attending events we’ve developed.

This post holder for this role will work across fundraising and communications, providing administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database.

Contract type: 18-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £19,800 FTE (pro-rated for 0.8 FTE)

Hours: 30 hours
