As a Senior Treasury Specialist, you'll lead our organization's treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, risk management, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury functions and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Support financial planning and budgeting processes
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for excess cash
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or corporate finance roles, preferably in a multinational corporation or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of treasury processes, cash flow forecasting techniques, financial risk management principles, and banking products/services
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and treasury management systems (TMS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
- Strategic thinking ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in treasury management and proactively develop solutions
