This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to join the Treasury Operations team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Treasury Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with daily cash reviews, payments processing, and maintenance of the treasury management system database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Daily Cash Review: Assist in reviewing and reconciling cash positions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Payments Processing: Process payments for debt and deposits, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
  • Treasury Management System Database: Assist in maintaining the treasury management system database, including data entry, updates, and report generation.
  • Treasury Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank account KYC and authorizations, as well as debt compliance reports.
  • Process Improvements: Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to optimize treasury operations.
  • Ad Hoc Administration: Provide administrative support to the Treasury Operations team as needed.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant treasury, banking, and/or payments experience is essential for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required, as well as attention to detail and ability to manage workstreams.
  • Soft Skills: Motivated and keen to problem-solve, with good communication and organizational skills.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity with a competitive salary range of £40-£45k.
