- Taking pride and care for the appearance of the venue
- To have good product knowledge of the facilities and services
- Hosting show rounds and planning meetings
- Hosting couples, guests and suppliers
- Overseeing the 20-bedrooms on site, including guest check-ins
- Working to event and office procedures
- To handle any guest complaints / concerns diligently, rapidly and professionally
- Attending training sessions and meetings when required, including off site
- To have clear understanding of and to work to the back office administrative procedures
- Understanding emergency protocol for the venue and adhering to Health and Safety procedures
- Working closely with the team in following up all enquiries, chasing deposits, terms and conditions, bedroom allocations and provisional bookings
- Working with couples on their journey to create planning documents used by the Events Team to execute a 5* wedding or event
Key Skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Pride and care in presentation and excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexibly across all aspects of events, including weekends and evenings
- Opportunity for training and to learn and develop new skills
- Starting salary from 28-30k per annum dependent on experience
