We are looking to grow our Business and Corporate Procurement team by bringing in a Senior Procurement Manager - CSG UK into our team in the UK. The role will report into the Head of Group CSG Procurement, within the Corporate & Business Procurement team."
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will leverage the depth and breadth of your industry expertise to establish and drive the strategic direction for all outsourced contact centre providers across the Sky UK.
The role will involve cross-functional partnerships across Europe, leveraging our global scale to drive optimal commercials, supplier partnerships, innovation, and establish deals that meet the long-term business strategy.
Lead the delivery of large, complex agreements that form part of the UK CSG/Contact Centre landscape.
Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address.
Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management (e.g., Work closely with Procurement and business colleagues across the wider Group, including teams in Italy, Germany, and the US
Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends.
Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management, leveraging synergy opportunities across the wider organization with a vigorous approach towards TCO.
