They are a small and dynamic team who have created an excellent reputation within their sector. Events are their own giving them control over content and quality and making them the best in the business for the past 16 years.

THE ROLE

Working as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team you will be working closing with leadership to develop sales strategies across the business from media and advertising to podcasts and events packages.

Duties Will Include

  • Implementing and driving sales strategy
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities
  • Networking and attendance at industry events
  • Booking and leading on pitches
  • Providing bespoke packages in line with client requirements
  • Bringing growth ideas to the leadership team
  • Identifying and converting leads
  • Developing client relationships

THE CANDIDATE

This company are looking for someone with ambition, drive and a positive attitude, who is able to work autonomously and with initiative. The successful candidate will be experienced in the sales of media, advertising, events or sponsorship at varying levels of revenue. You will be persuasive but personable with a proven record of delivering on sales targets in previous roles.
