United Kingdom Kent County Council Full time

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Thanet Occupational Therapy Team and to deliver strengths based and person-centred Occupational Therapy Interventions to Adults over the age of 25.

As an Occupational Therapy Assessment Officer, you will work with the person within their home, using functional assessments to identify the outcomes that most matter to them. You will find creative solutions to enhance independence utilising equipment, adaptations, and techniques. The role will involve working in partnership with a variety of agencies including Health and Housing to ensure that people are supported in the most effective way to meet their needs and to improve their lives.
