Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will be adept at web design, UI/UX, and possess a broad range of skills typical of a digital designer. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and translate client needs into impactful digital solutions. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with experience in digital marketing and animation, which would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly digital designs for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Incorporate animation and interactive elements to enhance digital experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design output.
  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Knowledge of animation principles and tools is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
