We’re working with one of Liverpool’s top Creative Agencies who are looking to add a Midweight Designer to their team.

**Our Client**

An agency that genuinely partners with their clients and focuses on outstanding creativity that delivers results. Set up by founders with backgrounds in global agencies, they’ve really made a mark with the clients they’ve won. Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of what they do, and there are fast moving projects and clients that demand the best from the agency. This agency works with some really great brands across a number of sectors, and have a relaxed, friendly team who enjoy working together. They work hybrid with ideally 4 days in their central Liverpool studio but they would consider 3 days.

**Role**

You will work closely with a very talented CD to deliver projects from concept to completion. You’ll be designing creative campaigns across Brand, Print, Digital and TV, in partnership with the creative team, you’ll take some responsibility for mentoring and helping Juniors too.

**You**

You should have 3 years plus experience, ideally within an agency, and your portfolio should show a strong appreciation of brand and digital design. You should understand that behind every beautiful piece of creative is a big idea. They’re looking for high quality, well-thought out and well-crafted creative solutions, as well as an excellent understanding of both print and digital layout, as well as interesting layouts that don’t follow normal conventions. You should also have a great appreciation for typography.
