Description

Aibidia is looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor – Operational TP to manage and deliver our transfer pricing services to some of the world’s largest and most successful multinational enterprises, with a particular focus on Operational TP. You will be an integral part of Aibidia’s Professional Services team, having a deep understanding of transfer pricing concepts, regulations and tax technology to optimize our customers' transfer pricing documentation and strategies. You will work together with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency through the Aibidia platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee transfer pricing advisory projects for multiple MNEs of different sizes on the Aibidia platform, ensuring the highest-quality services and delivery within deadlines, with a strong Operational TP focus.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and run live demonstrations of Aibidia’s solutions with prospective customers and other stakeholders to understand in detail their Transfer Pricing set-up, with a focus on Operational TP, and help them understand how Aibidia’s solution can solve their specific needs.
  • Work closely with customers , developing and maintaining strong relationships with them, understanding their business models and transfer pricing needs, and accordingly, providing training, expert advice, and solutions on Operational transfer pricing matters and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams , including tax, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and use of the Aibidia platform.
  • Stay abreast of global transfer pricing regulations and changes , ensuring customers' compliance and strategic alignment, especially within Operational TP.
  • Participate in business development activities , including proposals and presentations, to expand the firm's transfer pricing practice.
  • Play a crucial role in shaping Aibidia's growth as we scale to Series B and beyond, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of data transformation strategies and solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in economics, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a strong preference for experience in digital transfer pricing solutions and other digital tax technologies.
  • Experience with operational transfer pricing work on a day-to-day basis either in-house or in an advisory role, or experience running an in-house OTP system with a clear record of demonstrable, practical operational transfer pricing work.
  • Experience in financial, consolidation, and ERP systems such as Oracle Hyperion or SAP.
  • In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and international tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and reliable data transformation processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in the field of transfer pricing.
