Are you ready to make a significant impact on cleaner, greener energy for large-scale public and commercial transport solutions? Join our passionate, international team as a Field Service Engineer at Heliox

As a Field Service Engineer , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting Heliox' cutting-edge products and solutions. You will be responsible for on-site commissioning, testing, and providing technical support for our charging solutions used in electric buses, e-trucks, and other high-utilization transportation systems. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to product improvements and provide on-site training to customers.

comprehensive test and service reports.
and suggest improvements to our products and services.
quality control for third-party technical service partners.
on-site commissioning activities, including Site Acceptance Testing.
not in the field, support 1st line technical support in resolving malfunctions.
input/output tests and measurements both online and on-site.
on-site training sessions for customers.
and address failures affecting product performance.
in updating and enhancing service documentation.
Guilds Level 3 HND/HNC or equivalent.
~ experience in commissioning and/or service work.
~ with electrical installations and PLC systems.
~ or willingness to obtain local safety regulations.
~ of Linux basic command or willingness to learn.
~ driving license.
~ to travel internationally when required.
