Our Building Information Modelling (BIM) team is looking to recruit a Document Controller on a permanent basis working out of our Inverness office. The primary function of the role is to provide support to the wider business and ensure QA/QC of design and manufacturing teams meet compliance for CAD/BIM information output. Controlling BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project documentation.
Ensuring site and office documentation conform to the company and client requirements and standards.
Using PowerBI Dashboards, review non-compliance on ACC projects.
Produce document progress reports for senior managers.
Produce BIM Execution Plans.
Previous office/administrative experience.
Good use of Microsoft Products, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.
Ability to communicate effectively (face to face and telephone).
Understanding the BIM process would be advantageous.
