GXO are looking for a Data Analyst to join us on our Currys site based in Newark. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working on an ‘any 5 from 7 shift pattern’. The working schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. Create and maintain customised ad-hoc reports aligning with current operational requirements and project activities, gather and analyse data and then present it in a format suitable for the intended audience
Deliver accurate forecasting and financial planning processes, ensuring data-driven decisions are made
Based on data-driven recommendations, identify and implement improvements to workflows, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness
Fully leverage all IT systems, including TMS and customer portals, to conduct detailed analyses of delivery schedules, volume trends, and customer profiles
Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources
An understanding of a transport/transport planning environment that will enable you to analyse and interpret the data, translating it into visuals and relevant reports
Proficiency in data tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau or similar
