Actuellement, le CISSS de la Montérégie-Est recrute deux psychoéducateurs à temps partiel au CLSC d'Acton Vale pour le programme Jeunes en difficulté (JED) ;

Les besoins :
- 1 postes permanent à temps partiel 4 journées par semaine de jour;

Responsabilités du psychoéducateur - Acton Vale :
- Assurer l’évaluation des difficultés d’adaptation et les capacités adaptatives de l’usager.
- Déterminer un plan d’intervention et en assure la mise en œuvre.
- Œuvrer auprès de la clientèle jeunesse, dans un programme de santé mentale
- Rétablir et développe les capacités adaptatives de la personne et contribue au développement des conditions du milieu dans le but de favoriser l’adaptation optimale de l’être humain en interaction avec son environnement.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe multidisciplinaire.

Les exigences liées au psychoéducateur - Acton Vale :
- Détenir une maitrise en psychoéducation ;
- Être membre de l’Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec ;
- Avoir une voiture pour certains secteurs ;
- Avoir une expérience en programme FEJ 0-5 ans de jeunesse est un atout.
