Internal Sales

Internal Sales Account Manager:

An internal role with a building product supplier; speaking with building merchants

Displaying passion and drive, proactively contacting customers to highlight new products and deals and maximising sales as well as proactively chasing leads to win new business and bring new accounts on board

Dealing with sales requests and enquiries from customers over the phone, resolving any issues, up selling and cross selling wherever possible

Requirements of the Internal Sales Account Manager:

Experience of delivering excellent customer services and building relationships

Excellent experience of telephone communication, closing sales, upselling and cross-selling to achieve targets

Evidencing professional interpersonal skills that are key to successful sales Enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude

Internal Sales Account Manager - over view:

I work with this client a great deal and if you want to work with an enthusiastic and welcoming team, then this is the job for you. We now need to find a similar person for this key role.

As well as a salary of up to £30k benefits of the Internal Sales Account Manager include:

Hours: Mon-Fri; 8.00am till 5.00pm; ½ hr for lunch, 15 mins morning break away from your desk

Bonus: Company bonus and personal bonus based on hitting company targets, Internal Sales team targets £ sales & % margin on a monthly / annual basis as well as hitting personal sales target £ sales and % margin

Holidays: 28 days per year (20+8)

Pension: 5% employee contribution + 3% employer contribution

Other benefits: Regular treat days and reward activities (usually involving food)

Getting there: Free onsite parking, on a bus route
