As a Retail Business Analyst , you will contribute to the design and delivery of major transformation programmes which includes designing new operating models, building business cases, supporting the delivery of change programmes or undertaking evaluations for clients, providing clear business focused recommendations.

You will ensure you are abreast of the latest market trends and technological innovations for retail and be keen to build your knowledge and experience of relevant solutions and systems. Analyze and document business processes to support system re-design and process improvement projects, delivering client objectives.
Test hypotheses effectively and support the development of new opportunities.
Support clients’ objectives for transformation by assessing current processes, operating models, and technologies to determine opportunities and threats for the business now and in the future.
Help to develop transformation plans to optimize the customer experience, operational efficiency, or systemic landscape.
Retail experience and a solid understanding and experience of our retail clients’ markets and challenges. Specifically, knowledge of Commercial or Space, Range and Display processes. Experience from Food or Fashion to General Merchandise or DIY but most importantly passionate about retail and interested to learn and develop.
IT skills including Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and mobile digital platforms.
Ability to articulate and perform clear communications to mixed audiences – in writing, through presentations and one to one.
Personal accountability – enthusiasm to develop your own projects and take ownership.
Exposure to change management, knowledge of change management techniques is an advantage along with experience in business case development.
