Our transformation team are looking to for a Business Transformation Analyst to join and support our CCO teams on Business Change Management
Our transformation team are looking to for a Business Transformation Analyst to join and support our CCO teams on Business Change Management
Provide preparatory analysis of simple business change initiatives and support analysis of complex change initiatives taking a holistic approach across people, process and system, leading to more effective and efficient engagement with business functions
Provide supplementary project management alongside IT project managers to support cross functional aspects of large change through the organisation
Support implementation of strategic and business change initiatives across the organisation using project management, business analysis and business change skills
Establish key interface into Trading IT (GPD, LNG & PM) for prioritization, sponsorship and implementation
Supports other CCO teams on Business Change Management
Supports Business development with business cases by providing initial high-level analysis
The individual may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in-line with business needs
Strong commercial understanding of energy business
Able to cope with ambiguity and business change
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
