Sector: Consultancy (Financial Services) On Offer: up to £100,000 + bonus Location: City, London (hybrid) Autumnal Partners are exclusively working with a UK focused and private equity backed Financial Services Consultancy in their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner. Your client group will have a focus on consulting in the sustainability and climate change space and you will need to have prior experience working with such revenue streams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business and in a high profile vertical within the firm. Initially you will be operating in a standalone capacity but part of the wider Group Finance team (12 qualified Accountants). Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner with business leaders and develop an understanding of the business to provide tailored finance support.
  • Provide high quality reporting and analysis to support decision making and performance management.
  • Understand drivers of business performance, identifying trends, areas of opportunity and influence the implementation of initiatives.
  • Production of finance packs with commentary.
  • Lead business units in the setting of annual budgets and mid-year forecasts.
  • Prepare financial models for company acquisitions and team lifts (M&A).
  • Support the improvement of management reporting and analysis.
  • Support senior managers to deliver group objectives.
The candidate:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Significant Business Partnering experience for a consulting client group (essential)
  • Background in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis
  • Experienced in managing a full budgeting cycle.
  • A self-starter with good attention to detail
