To communicate with customers through CRM software (Zendesk) answer questions and resolve complaints through email and webchat.
To process listings relating to customers travel plans and informing the customer of our decision.
To moderate customer interactions via our admin site and moderate active listings to ensure they align with our terms, conditions and policies.
To be enthusiastic about customer support with a willingness to learn and be engaging. GCSE or equivalent x5 GCSE’s including Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) essential
